Yes its a pain needing to go back out to check in instead of being issued a new boarding pass. Many ppl were either confused or slightly unhappy. The ambassadors and her team did a great job to suss it all out. Not sure about the Y pax/ non status pax. I was in the lounge having tea and watching it unfold
