Qpoints miscalculation in dashboard
Hi,
I have a strange issue in my dashboard,
It says I need 101 qpoints to maintain Gold. Last week I also got an email by QR reminding me I need those 101 qp.
In my flight activity, If I sum up all qpoints got since the start of gold period 29, October, 2024), It looks I need 131 not 101. I call CC, they recalculated everything and confirmed I need 131. Agent told me it is glitch of the system.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue?
