Do we know if the policy for Miles and e-voucher upgrades is the same as Allegris (i.e. None) or is it just limited (would be for Y to C)? Also, weird that PE seems to be zeroed out on all BOS flights before the initially announced 2JAN2026, but seats are also not selectable on a Y ticket.
