I was determined to see the Cliffs of Moher from the water. So despite the bad weather, I headed to the Doolon pier.


The ride was romantic at first. Sure, there are bumpier rides, but you still got shaken around quite a bit. Here's a short video.
On the way back, we drove more slowly along the cliffs. It was quite nice, but I had imagined it to be more spectacular.












But there were dolphins to be seen, I just couldn't get them properly in front of the lens.


Finally, let's take a look at Crab Island, located just off the harbor.
