Great. Thanks for the info. We are staying in Miraflores albeit heading to Paracas for approximately 4 days in between. Looking forward to our trip as we have never been. I agree with all the chain restaurants - Would be very nice to experience the local fair rather than see all the same fast food / chain outlets. It seems the same everywhere you go now.
I am not a big "fish" fan to say the least unless it is cooked to my liking - meaning breaded etc., lol. So will be interesting with all the Ceviche etc., I am sure I won't go hungry.
