I stayed there around the 10th of August, booked a terrace apartment, nice terrace, modern apartment, well equipped, good parking even with a large car (but pricey at 35€ per day)

The 1 or 2 staff present at the hotel are eager to help with suitcases and deliveries, no breakfast even for Globalist, some pantry included in the apartment, low quality processed food mostly so we didn't touch it, one bottle of red wine that was terrible (undrinkable), you would expect that when you spend 500€ a night they understand that you may want something a bit nicer, best not to give anything actually like in GH Barcelona,

Overall, nice service apartment. Facilities, if you need any, they will send you to their other property the Hyatt Regency 5 min away (we didn't check it) where you can pay for your breakfast or use the gym, location was very convenient for our purpose in Madrid

No upgrade, also some construction in the building next door (office meeting) but it was quiet advance so good chance they are done by now
