I would say you can always try - but I believe from the different reports I've seen in the past months, it seems to have been removed. However, I think if you ask nicely and if the lounges are not that full you could be granted access. I believe chances are higher at the satellite lounge since most probably the regional lounge at that period would be busier due to the morning "rush hour". I don't know where your India flight will arrive (I suspect at the main terminal since you mentioned it's a narrow body) - so your only loss is time if you do get denied entry at the satellite one.
