- Marriot's mid tier elite status platinum grants an interesting array of benefits .... however
- there are a lot of Marriott Bonvoy Platinum members due to to the US Bonvoy Briilliant creditcard, be prepared to wrestle with a lot of elites vying for the same benefits
- Marriott's lounges are okayish in EU but much better in Asia

Hilton Honnors
- has a tendency to devalue : Pretty big devaluation today, I hope that this is it for awhile
- if accustomed to IC guaranteed AMB benefits, everything benefitswise at Hilton is subject to availability
- breakfast is fortunately already offered on Hilton HH Gold, this midtier does offer interesting bebefits
- prepare to jostle with a lot of Hilton HH lifetime and diamonds (also Aspire creditcards) for the benefits
- Hilton lounges in EU can be underwhelming but the Asia ones are nice

Hyatt World of Hyatt
- WOH benefits for globalist are all guaranteed and can create quite a dependency Hyatt for those who breakfast is a must
- however points earning is extremely low and can be slow
- Hyatt's mid tier doesn't do much
- Hyatt's EU lounges are slowly slipping (looking at Hyatt Regency Ansterdam) but the Asia ones are still good
- can be a major win or major frustration, the sale and trade of WOH GOH (guest of honnor) and other certificates
