Any info on the fees for cancelling partner awards? I know it is allowed up until departure, with a flat fee of around 30 euros or so. The issue are the taxes and fees. Eurobonus agents are either incompetent or are unable to see this info, but when I'm calling to enquire about how much I'll be refunded, they all say that they can not see anything upfront, and are giving conflicting info regarding the total refund.
