As for the expedited delivery on the replacement card (the original still never arrived), I received an email UPS notification re: delivery, went to the front door to look for it, went to the neighbors' front doors on each side ... nothing. Then tried to zoom in on the delivery proof photo .. the blurred photo after looking at it for a while, I thought it might be at the neighbor's door two houses up. And that's where I found it.

So I finally noticed the UPS envelope as I was about to toss it - and I'm lucky the card made it at all - it was not UPS' fault - the BofA rep omitted the 4th number of a 4 digit address, notwithstanding the fact that I repeated it a few times and that it is showing as the residence address on the account. At least the driver left it somewhere on my block
