No, all Emerald customers will have to use the Aspire Lounge, because Emerald Airlines contracts with Aspire for their passengers. Aer Lingus and Emerald contract for their own lounges separately, as they are two different airlines (I know, I know)...

It's also why Business Class to JFK, MCO and BGI are in a different lounge, because Aer Lingus UK is a completely different airline, with its own operating certificate (solely due to Brexit).

From what I understand plans are afoot to do something about this, but that's how it is for now.
