I thought the whole point of the biometric was to prove you come off a domestic flight? Otherwise why bother?
i am not sure what you are asking? there are no biometrics at DUB on arrival, or indeed at any other airport in the UK. the only place which will have biometrics on arrival is at MAN in T2 which is the new system as I described above.
