Do you hold any other Citi cards? If so it sounds like once you have gotten this request you have to follow through or they will all be closed not just the Strata. That seems crazy to me but that is what the CSRs are telling folks. At this point you are probably best following through, this has been rather poorly handled by Citi in my opinion but if I was locked I'll would be following through.
