CPT-LHR Sept 25
Food was actually pretty good. Apologies for the dodgy menu photo.
Starter: Smoked rainbow trout and cream cheese roulade with cucumber and wasabi crème fraiche (Fresh tasting and delicious).
Main: Durban style seafood curry, basmati rice, cumin roasted vegetables (Nice curry and appreciated the chilli addition).
Cheese: Cheddar (tasteless), blue (nice), Smoked Kwaito (average)

I didn’t take photos of the breakfast but the fruit plate had flavour and was ripe, the omelette dish was fairly rich as it had spinach cream sauce with the mushrooms.
Stand out drink was the Gusbourne Rose 2019 sparkling from Kent.
First time on the A350 and sat in row 1. The galley noise was the worst I’ve known and kept us awake now and then through the night but when you see how close the galley is to the seats and combine that with how quiet the aircraft is, you can understand it. I feel for the crew, there’s no quiet way to work on that aircraft and clearly space is tight.
