Last week my flight (a -700) was 90 percent full. Gate agent told everyone with a C to check their bags.

Ops agent made an a-list boarder (after A60) check her bag! But plenty of bags came on with B passengers. At the end there was a 5 minute delay removing bags that had no space. Complete incompetence.
