As you may be aware, all our guests have been notified that we will no longer be part of the IHG Hotels & Resors family effective 1 January 2026.

please be assured that your credit card has not been charged,
as the booking remains within the cancellation policy period.
Should you wish to proceed with cancelling this reservation, you may do so directly via the IHG app.
Alternatively, we are happy to assist and cancel it on your behalf, just let us know your preference.
We also acknowledge that your second reservation (#EDIT) has already been successfully cancelled via the app, and
we have taken note of your request to cancel the two arranged transfers on -- and -- January 2026.
These arrangements will be cancelled accordingly.

Hope this takes away some uncertainties.
My letter was written in the spirit: " as RA i can understand the hotel's difficult phase of transitioning from leaving IHG and thus the guaranteed benefits confered for RA via the T&C of IHG's AMB program will ofcourse not be anymore applicable with new ownership. Thus i unfortunatly need to cancel my reservations."
I encourage everyone to reach out to get closure or certainty about their reservations,
As RA i am sad about the loss of this hotel but here i'm set at ease with this email that at least my December stay will be one final chance down Pernakan memory lane with a touch of Buginese and the location's caleidoscope's history.
