Weirdly not my style, it seems i had booked a flexible rate instead of my usual prepaid commitments.
So i cannot give a datapoint about prepaid restitutions.
This was my answer from [email protected] (also [email protected] as i booked transfers with them)
Spoiler

Hope this takes away some uncertainties.
My letter was written in the spirit: " as RA i can understand the hotel's difficult phase of transitioning from leaving IHG and thus the guaranteed benefits confered for RA via the T&C of IHG's AMB program will ofcourse not be anymore applicable with new ownership. Thus i unfortunatly need to cancel my reservations."

I encourage everyone to reach out to get closure or certainty about their reservations,

As RA i am sad about the loss of this hotel but here i'm set at ease with this email that at least my December stay will be one final chance down Pernakan memory lane with a touch of Buginese and the location's caleidoscope's history.

Bookings at Pan Pacific Singapore are already set, this stay will be a Skyline suite & Pacific Club room with Marina Bay view. Exciting!
