I've also been parking there regularly since then. Even at busy times (economy parking completely sold out) the traffic in and out isn't bad. The only issue when it's sold out is that they have a human check that you have a copy of your reservation before they let you up to the entry gates. As you enter Jetway Blvd the uber/lyft waiting lot is on the right and has some traffic, but it's never really caused a delay in getting into Economy parking. I've never had any traffic delay in getting out to Westchester Pkwy, though you can get hung up through multiple light cycles trying to make a left onto Sepulveda at busy times.
