Yeah...my customer's TA is basically incompetent it seems. I think I could have bought the exact same itinerary on the website for like 8k, no more than 10k. It ticketed less than 24hrs before departure though... Pushed me way past 1k though as I had 13k PQP before then.

Crazier still is UA initially shorting me by almost 15k PQP
