The last time I flew the route, in May, the service in the lounge was impeccable - I was in WTP and swapping FFP to MH, but they put in a great effort to make sure I was admitted. The bar was extremely busy but the tenders dealt with everything with good humour and the buffet was kept well-stocked, even when close to boarding. I did think there was a F/GGL section off the corridor leading to the toilets - has this now gone?

Boarding itself was shambolic - delayed due to a late incoming aircraft, no announcements then when it eventually commenced they decided to board WTP first. There was nearly a riot!
