I flew United Airlines business class + Star Alliance Gold and got The Club LIM. My guess is that Air Canada would be the same.

At 9pm the lines were not that bad. Maybe 10 min queue for United check-in; 10-15 min queue for security and 5-10 min for immigration.

To me, it is sad to see so many U.S. chains at a foreign airport -- at the Lima international terminal there was TGIFs as noted above, McDonald's, Starbucks, KFC, I think Burger King, maybe Subway? anyhow it seemed like a lot.
