Well it took two emails to get fixed, but now finally have the full PQP and RDM in my account. First response came quickly, but failed to actually read what I wrote indicating that the breakdown in the mail was wrong because the number of PQP didn't match the fare. SO they credited exactly the breakdown (adding over 10k RDM and over 12k PQP). It seems that breakdown completely omitted the YQ which, as a carrier imposed surcharge, is eligible for PQP earnings. Second email laid it out again and got the additional 2k+ PQP. Lord help you if you don't understand the rules and just accept the initial posting or the first response email.
