I arrived by car, but I remember reading in the email they sent me 4 months ago, after my booking (which I unfortunately can’t find anymore) that they offer a complimentary pick-up service from the nearest train station or, if I recall correctly, within a 30 km radius. Now, after a more thorough check online, it seems that station pick-up is 'for a fee', so it's likely that something has changed over the past four months.

Public transportation in the area is remarkably efficient, and guests receive a complimentary mobility pass valid for the entire duration of their stay. This pass includes access to cable cars and mountain lifts, making it easy to explore the surroundings without hassle.

Please note that the hotel cannot be reached by private car, except in rare cases and only with SUVs or 4WD vehicles. For those arriving by car, the meeting point is at the base station of the cable car. There, a hotel representative will assist with parking in the covered garage, take care of your luggage, and accompany you on the cable car ride all the way to the hotel.
