If you want the ABSOLUTE bare minimum to attain the 10% relationship bonus on spend, you could open a Merril Edge Self-Directed Investment account and toss $.01 into it. Unlike the checking account products there are no account minimums and no maintenance fees. Realistically you should toss significantly more in to avoid it getting culled though.
