Earlier hotels have been conversions, while recently also newly built hotels opened as voco.
Quite simple, a Nespresso Machine is not a brand standard. The hotel in EMEA only have to provide a kettle and tea and coffee facilities. And the brand standards - like at many other brands within the IHG chain - have different brand standards for the three regions. In other words, you cannot expect to have a Nespresso machine in any voco hotel.
Are the brand standards available to view somewhere?
