I then noticed that I could use a Cat 1-4 certificate instead (good value) and did that and we used the Alilaguna instead. The Alilaguna will drop you at Colonna location on Murano and is about a 10 minute walk. We just had carry on but still annoying on those walkways. You can also take the Vaperetto from the Colonna to Musea which is right in front of the hotel but it is not any quicker but better option with a lot of bags. I am posting a sign that they had at the hotel referencing airport trip service for 22 Euros, I did not enquire as we had return tickets to the airport the next morning.

The stay was pretty much as we had before and I posted about upstream. As a Globalist the check-in agent did work to find an upgrade to a Duplex Suite without prompting and was very helpful overall. I did find the breakfast service to be less proactive than before but maybe just an off morning. I still find this hotel good value particularly when rates in Venice being much more than the date of our stay. They obviously had not switched from heat mode to AC mode yet but luckily we were prepared and just opened windows to cool things down.

Looks like they do a 22 € shuttle TO the airport. But is there the same pickup service for a similar price FROM the airport.
I know there is public transport, but seems you have to do a walk that sounds annoying with a roller bag and backpack. Or is it simple and easy?
