Just got off LIS-EWR a few hours ago. Security fast track 7 minutes. As for immigration, Egates working 4 or 5 of them. Long line, but we were through in 19 minutes total. All passports line was very long and looked miserable. Once people got out of that line it was like the running of the bulls for some folks to get to their gates. Key is not to stop at the duty free or food shops before immigration. Go right from security directly to passports. Also today was a strike day. All bags loaded and only 30 minute delay with on time arrival.

Arrival at Lisbon 2 weeks ago with egates working as well was less than 15 minutes.

I thought KEF departures was a far worse experience.
