I do both. I prefer to do some international because I often do weekend trips rather than strict there and back runs and I really love some of the international options. LHR and NRT are my favorites and at times I can get good fares to both. I also do transcons as well. Like last year I found a great fare on AA for LGA-DFW-LGW and back. I did take Friday off but was back by Sunday and something like 12,000 miles and a nice visit to London.
