The line for US passport to get through around 9am was maybe 30 minutes but seemed much longer and the all passports line looked incredible.
If I'm going to Portugal fine. I don't have a choice but I don't think I would choose TAP and LIS for a connection in the future based on what I experienced and saw plus reports like yours.
