The Holiday Inn Derby Riverlights (UK) is rebranding as a Voco, as part of it's refurbishment - they are moving reception and the restaurant to newly acquired space on the ground floor. There are some signs up internally with Voco on them and some of the staff confirmed the change is coming, it was planned to be completed in September 2025 but appears to be some way off yet.

Seems unusual for a HI to rebrand as Voco, rather than a hotel joining IHG - this hotel is about 15 years and was a new build then, still in decent condition internally.
