I thought I read somewhere (reddit or possibly DoC, elsewhere) that the recon line is basically toast (can't recall if it was business or personal) in the sense that they will not let you speak to a recon specialist. Several HUCAs, etc. and the few DP were that Chase would tell people basically:
We'll take your message, etc. and then you'll get a letter/call-back in a few days. But in the few cases, nobody was able to get through to the actual recon person to get a resolution over the phone immediately.
