The rules say that the voucher can be used on return or one-way travel. Your itinerary is more complicated than that. If the rules permit open-jaw then you could do something like SFO-LHR-HAM and VIE-LHR-SFO with you filling in the HAM-VIE with separate ticket (I'm assuming you don't want a stopover in LHR on that segment). However, the rules say nothing about open-jaw so whether it works or not, you may just have to try it and see. The rules also say nothing about whether stopover is permitted. Standard BA Avios rules do permit a stopover, but probably only in LHR on this itinerary.
Additionally... if you are trying to do all this in business class, then you want your final return to be VIE-LHR-SFO without a stopover in LHR... otherwise you will be paying the very high ex-UK taxes on premium class flights.
