Not yet SDC window, 41 hours away from my KHH-NRT-LAX. Both segments are now PZ, but now I want to do NRT-DEN-LAX instead of nonstop. KHH-NRT is still PZ2. NRT-DEN is PZ9. If both legs have PZ, your MUA should clear immediately. If you’ve
already cleared, I’d try calling, to see if you can pay the fare difference and preserve the existing MUA. If you haven’t already cleared, the change is likely to mess up the upgrade, and you’ll probably need to reapply.
You won’t be charged the $25 fee — that only applies to new bookings, not to changes.
