i suppose so. can a form work with a different (and i would assume wrong) ives code? our friend's form has entire qn 6 (transcript requested) and qn 8 (year or period requested) left blank. my wife's form has boxes unchecked (e.g 6a). without these details, what returns are citi gonna request for? can they fill it in after it was signed? are they going to or will they say sorry your form was invalid? and even if it was any other fields, does the form still work? can the form still work if they left any parts of qn 5 empty?
