It is good at any hilton hotel that is branded strictly as plain old hilton. Telling a lie on purpose is not allowed, but i know the wording is confusing which is why I usually gave examples "not valid at tapestry or curio for example". In fairness it's more likely they did not understand that nuance rather than intentionally lied. A lot of the agents don't understand all of the brands. It's a stressful low paying job and the training about the hhonors program is minimal - it's more about the destinations and the rules
