This offer came after some back and forth of negotiating, that took around 5-10 minutes.
The $199 cash back offer with $200 SANU is better than most of the packages offered and not everybody qualifies for it. The extra 5k HHonors points is not common.
Keep in mind you must choose a brand for the SANU when it is issued and it can only be used at that brand. If you choose "Hilton" it does NOT include anything that says "by Hilton" in the name. Usually they will let you choose points instead, so if you don't already have a specific property where you plan to use it you might want to choose that. The. SANU is probably a better value though as long as there is a specific property at which you know you will be using it.
When you call to book your dates, Some of the better properties I like are hgvc Parc soleil, hgvc Tuscany, hgvc sea world, and signia. If you have small kids, they often love the pool area at hvc aqua sol, and if you want to play golf, mystic dunes is a golf resort.
