Really just all the members you want to put into a SharePoint pool need to have NZ residential addresses on their respective Air Points accounts.

Not sure how much compliance enforcement the compliance teams at NZ do. E.g. leaving address when go to live/work in Aussie. Given very little stuff gets mailed now and/or just use their parents address as easier than changing things to Aussie or places that need an NZ address.
