no, it’s not the upgrade clearing, it is the incorrect re-issuing of the ticket after flight number conversion. That affects all segments on the ticket, not just the LH segment. Trust me, this has been posted many times and I have personally experienced this many many times. A simple Email fixes the problem - send ETKT receipt, point out issues - get account adjustment
