The Kyra lounge has a reserved section for UA J customers with a special table service menu included. The food was really good. I wonder if AC offers that (though I doubt it).

If not, I'd personally use the SQ lounge for food, and then wander around or hang out anywhere in the airport. It's very empty these days, finding space is not hard.
