Called today to cancel the original card and get a new one expedited. First one was shipped the 22nd and still a no show. This person was a lot easier to work with and get this done than last person who kept pushing to just wait it out.

Still confirmed the 90 days started from when approved basically so that’s kind of annoying when you don’t have a physical card three week plus into it.
