United has a lot of issues such as EWR delays, its soft product and the poor customer service provided by many of its employees that he can worry about instead.
AA is already shrinking at ORD. With the next round of gate allocations, more so.

UA is far from the utopia that Kirby portends, but they are running circles around AA - financially, operationally, and in customer satisfaction.
