I'm 99% sure it's impossible.

With CO miles you can only book reward flights operated by CO partners, and CI isn't a CO partner (even though it's a DL partner). Likewise, you can't book the LY-operated NYC-TLV DL codeshares, nor the MA-operated JFK-BUD NW codeshares, etc.
