Hi, I have a family account and I can see the members name as family in my account, the strange thing is that the miles (not referring to status miles) are allocated separately to each member account, miles were collected when the family account was already created (I was Gold tier at the time now downgraded to Classic Plus), I would have expected to see the miles all together in the family account or just in my as family head, is this normal? if I want to use all the miles it seems I need to transfer from each member account to mine, is this correct?
