This was my first time to buy tickets in advance, have a "lottery," and then pick up just before the show.

I picked up my Sting tickets the day before the show and ended up with seats way up at the top of the arena. Is this because I was slow to pick them up from Lawson? The window for pickup started 12 days before the show itself.

I had assumed that with the lottery system, the timing for registration, payment, and pickup didn't really matter.
