There are quite a few very good restaurants in NB, from very inexpensive to fairly pricey (at least by NJ standards, although perhaps not as expensive as NY restaurants). There's a great Mongolian grill place (all you can eat for lunch, I believe) in downtown NB.

Actually, the Hilton is usually much more expensive than the Hyatt -- at least every time I have checked. The Hilton is actually closer to my workplace, and I'm Gold (soon to be Diamond) HHonors. However, the price differential is typically so great that I can't justify staying at the Hilton. Of course, most of the time that I do stay at the Hyatt, I use Priceline (typically can get $35 to $45) for the Hyatt whereas the EB Hilton does not participate in Priceline.
