I received a USPS Informed Delivery notice on 9/3 that a mailer from Citi ThankYou Card was supposed to arrive. It has been over 1+ week now, and I still have not received the mailer. (Photo of mailer attached for reference).
From previous mail I've received from Citi ThankYou Card, I'm guessing that it was a bonus points offer. I cannot register for the bonus offer since I do not have the unique registration code.
2 Questions:
1) Is it possible to change a setting somewhere to get these offers via email instead of regular mail (email much more reliable!)?
2) Who can I call to ask that the offer be resent or emailed so that I can register for the promotion?
