The building definitely looks close to complete on the outside since I think the top is supposedly intentionally openwork, but why is it that a building competing for attention with FS Taipei which has a 2026 completion year has remained so low-key about its progress (if it's in fact near completion). The FS Taipei has a wikipedia page (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Four_Seasons_Hotel_Taipei) and the FS social media team has posted pretty extensively about it but there's been no real news about either PH Taipei or Andaz Taipei.
