Booked a classic room on points and was upgraded to King Bed Standard Pattaya Beachview Bay Tower

How are the rooms?

Room was adequate enough but the view is very nice. Balcony is comfortable enough for two people.

How is the exec. lounge?

I was only able to go to happy hour but it’s pretty average. Views are great so if it doesn’t rain then you’ll be able take the lounge service at the outdoor rooftop bar. On the first night there were mini sliders and vegan meatballs and the next night there were chicken skewers and another vegan dish. You also had a choice of cold cuts, cheese, and dessert. Wine, beer, soft drinks, and cocktails needed to be ordered.

What was good and what was bad?

Location is good and room is comfortable. Balcony is great as well


Bad: My keycards didn’t work on a couple of occasion.
Breakfast is very missable.
Drink tickets can only be used at the Brew and Co. restaurant


Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?

Location is the biggest benefit but I probably won’t return otherwise. HIX in Soi Buakhao is a great location if you want to in the area. IC is only 50% more in most cases and is a significantly better hotel.
