They put me on a 30 minute hold only to come back and say they would have to talk to a supervisor and someone would get back with me. The globalist line sorted it out the next morning and gave me 17000 difference and an extra 3000 for the inconvenience.
I was looking forward to the architecture and new
Thompson but feel good about the treatment ultimately received.
I read your post and preference for the Centric. The Andaz is recently renovated , getting good reviews and the GM there is very responsive to Globalist requests if that makes a difference to you
