Mrs PK and I in 1E and 1F LHR-MLE on an Avios booking. Her in flight entertainment didn’t work at all (including safety briefing) and mine largely unresponsive. No power to charging sockets in either seat. Offered 25k Avios each and told that this is the standard amount according to the ‘matrix’. Accepted and in the end ok as this was a night flight - might have been a little more unhappy on the 11 hour daytime return though….
