Thanks for the tip, have not considered Lifemiles before. With a cursory glance though, it seems that TPAC Flex when ticketed in K/L fare code only earn 50%-25%, which is the bulk of our flights. It seems like the best candidate so far is still TK with their 100% earn rate on international K/L in Flex.
The main consideration is almost exclusively the ability to use points to book flights.
Earn rate is only half the game.
What is the burn rate (and rules) in ff miles, and cash co-payment if any.
FF miles/avios/points are not equal to earn or burn.
Even if many credit cards transfer to ffp's at the same rate. Now days many earn from non flying activities.
